Our five double rooms (large, bright, and completely soundproofed) are furnished in a modern style and meticulously designed to ensure guests experience pure well-being.
Each room has a private entrance, private bathroom , air conditioning , free Wi-Fi , smart TV and mini-fridge.
The outdoor garden , equipped with tables and umbrellas, is the ideal place to enjoy a relaxing break immersed in the silence of nature.

I haven't finished my stay yet, but I already want to leave a great review. The property is located in Norcia, perfectly renovated and furnished, everything new and spotlessly clean. The bed is larger than average, there's a smart TV in the room, and complimentary water in the fridge. My partner and I have been coming to this area for years because we love it, and fate has it that the breakfast included in our stay was a voucher for our favorite café in Norcia! We will definitely return during one of our many visits to the area, and thanks to the very kind owner Marika, who easily resolved even a few small issues caused by my carelessness!

We couldn't have chosen a better place for our vacation in Norcia. The property is well-maintained and clean, with spacious and well-appointed rooms, a large bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a quiet area. Outside, there's a lovely garden with tables and chairs and a hot and cold drinks vending machine. Free parking on the street.
Breakfast is served at a café in the town center, easily accessible on foot, where we enjoyed a delicious coffee and croissant. But what makes everything even more wonderful is the hospitality and kindness of the owner, Marika, who is always available from booking to checkout.
We will definitely be back soon because it is really worth it and I recommend it!
